WE NEED HELP at the VFW
Troop shed (in the back of the parking lot)

It's time to get ready for this camping season. We need adults and or
boys to help go through our gear, see whats missing, broken, etc. If we
have enough help, we'll throw out whatever junk we can that's been
stored for many years! There may be some treasures in there!

I would also like to re-tag the tent bags and patrol boxes with some
sort of waterproof card holders. Does anyone have a source for something
like that?

I'll have coffee, juice, donuts

April 22, 23   Eagle Scout Landscaping Project

Scouts and Scout families:

I am working on my Eagle Project. I just want to make sure that you know that it will be on the weekend of Saturday April 22^nd and Sunday April 23^rd.    It is at All Saints Catholic Academy- (which is the old Calvary Temple)   1155 Aurora Ave. Naperville, IL. Although there are some jobs that do not require heavy lifting, this is a big landscaping project and most of the volunteers will be digging out rock and sand and moving things around with the wheel barrels (so come well rested and ready).   Below is a volunteer slip for my project. I need to make sure that I have enough people coming throughout both days to be successful. I also need to know when people are coming in order to have enough food and drink supplies.   Check your calendar and then fill out this slip if you are able to come.   Bring it in to me at scouts on April 10^th 2006 or email this form back with your information. I will be asking some of you that are coming on Saturday morning to bring additional shovels and other tools.

EVERYONE should remember to bring work or gardening gloves to protect your hands !
